I have seen many so called weightloss blogs post photos of people who are unhealthily thin and of people who are I. The criteria or diagnosed with an eating disorder. I don’t want to look sick when I reach my goal weight, I want to look fit and healthy. I’m promoting healthy weightloss that makes you feel good about yourself, I don’t want to do a rapid weightloss be ause I have done it before but I have just ended up gaining all the weight back. I post pictures of healthy girls/models.
