New Years resolution

Is to lose 15 kg//33 lbs//2 stone 5 lbs. I’m going to try and drop over 7 kg//15 lbs//1 stone 1 lbs in 7 weeks by doing a LCD and exercise. I hope that it’ll work because I need to lose this fucking weight. Even though in eating strictly only clean foods and I exersice I’m still not losing this fat and I’m sick of it. Doing a LCD is the only choice I have left and on the weekends I’ll probably do a VLCD because I won’t be walking around in school then.

So I’m considering doing a new meal plan

Breakfast: berries, grapefruit, banana, a few slices of turkey

Lunch: meal replacement shake

Dinner: meal replacement shake

Under 1000 calories but I have to drop weight fast and over the weekend I’ll only drink those shakes because I’m not exersicing then. Just trying to do a LCD. I’m too afraid to do a VLCD
